Wow, Scrapper's Delights has Steampunk images for sale!
 I used Steampunk-Boot-1 for a card I made as part of the Design Team. I colored the image with Prismacolor Pencils and some metallic Gelly Roll pens.

I placed this image in the Craft Artist 2 program and merged it with elements from the Steampunk Adventures digikit .  The scene was printed twice and the boots were cut from one and placed on top of the printed scene with soft pads to form a 3D image.
