Art Journal Layered Background

I worked on these pages in my Dylusins Creative Journal following a tutorial by Dyan Reaveley for the Mastering Mixed Media event hosted by artist Tamara Laporte.

Luckily, I had some Dylusions Ink Sprays, although they are pretty old, they were good for these pages. I have a nice collection of stencils and lots of hand colored stamped images that worked nicely together. The music note border is Washi Tape and I used a Micron and a Posca Pen to enhance the pages.

My dancing granddaughter is 24 years old now and teaches math. Next year she will be doing her Master's at Harvard!

I had a lot of fun working in my art journal and will try to do that more often!
