I enjoyed working on depth and sparkly highlights in this Fae Siblings drawing with Karen Campbell for Awesome Art School. The new Bravehorn Classroom explores toned paper techniques in the Celticcollective, my favorite club in Awesome Art School.
I used a Graphgear 1000 mechanical pencil to draw these fairies in my Strathmore Toned Tan sketch book. I went over my lines with a Blackwing Matte pencil, adding shading with a paper blending stump. I used a white Prismacolor pencil for the highlights.
