Child Wonder Meets Taylor Swift

First I drew Child Wonder from an Awesome Art School tutorial taught by Karen Campbell. The second part of that expression lesson is on creating another pose with the same character and expression. That was actually so fun! I checked out drawings on Pinterest and found a cute drawing of a little girl dancing with almost the same expression of my Child Wonder. If was a perfect reference except for the hair.

I drew this girl with the same Graphgear 1000 Pentel pencil and painted her using the Prima Watercolors. My version of the little girl has wonderful long hair! I used a Gelly Roll pen for eye highlights.

So while dancing Child Wonder was so excited to have met Taylor Swift! Who knew little drawn characters could be Swifties!
