I used Prismacolor Pencils to color the image and cut it out leaving a narrow white edge. I layered a printed card stock onto a white base card. I embossed a white sheet of card stock with happy birthday, using the 13-113 embossing folder in my Cuddlebug and adhered it to the top. I placed soft pads on the back of the image and popped her on top. I embellished the card with small sticky pearls.
