I colored the image using Copic Markers and cut it out leaving a narrow white edge. I placed soft pads on the back of the cut cut image. I cut "Happy Father's Day," with my Cricut die cutting machine. I used 2 pieces of colored card stock for a mat and adhered all the layers to a white base card and popped the image on top.
