Colors of Machu Picchu

This mixed media piece is from a tutorial by Jenny Manno for the Kaleidoscope Taster Week. Jenny offered several reference pictures, all were scenes from Peru.

I loved working in watercolor along with the new Sharpie Creative Markers. I've had them about a month, but hadn't used them. The Jane Davenport watercolors worked well. I'm not so good at skin tones, but I'm working on it. I used a Molotow Blackliner for details.

Photographing for this piece wasn't easy. Having a photographer hubby come to the rescue was great.
