Here are my steps:
1) Paint watered down gesso on the page and let dry.
2) Print saying found on Pinterest and use a scallop die to cut it out on my Cuddlebug Machine.
3) Paint the page using three watered down colors of acrylic paint and let dry.
4) Cut around the two baby pictures and adhere them and the saying in place.
My husband Sandy suggested the theme of this page and I love it!
