The tutorial was meant to be a lesson on including figures in landscape paintings. The figures were not too hard, I did practice. But painting the river was another story.
I used Winsor Newton Cotman watercolor tubes on Canson cold press watercolor paper. Artist Masking Fluid was used to make the reeds at the bottom of the painting. I used General's Muti Pastel, Pastel Chalk Pencils to bring out the highlights in the painting.
