I colored this little cutie using Copic Markers and cut her out leaving a narrow white edge. I cut 2 pieces of card stock for a double mat and embossed one using the Hearts and Dots embossing folder (656761) in my Cuttlebug Machine. I layered the mats on a white base card and adhered the brightly colored image to the top. I embellished the necklace with a Gelly Roll gold metallic pen.
