Places of the World: Paris

There's a new challenge beginning today at Mari Digis. I chose A83 Places of the World 3 for my Design Team inspirational card.

I colored the image with Copic Markers and a bit of metallic Recollections Pen. I layered a basic white card with two pieces of card stock. I cut the image out leaving a narrow white edge and glued the image to light blue dotted paper to give it a look of the sky. I cut around the image again leaving large areas of blue. I used soft pads to give the image a 3D illusion. I used stickers, a flower and pearls to embellish the card.
