These will be included in my inventor, when I participate in a special juried show next Saturday. The show is called "Fashionable Transitions," and is a yearly undertaking by the University Women of Flagler, who award scholarships to qualified female high school seniors residing in Flagler County, Florida. This organization also supports Take Stock in Children, an additional scholarship for at risk children, in grades six through nine.
The afternoon consists of boutique tables like mine for shopping, lunch and a fashion show by Chico's.
You can go to www.uwflagler.org for more details.
I'm looking forward to showing off all my art work, next week.

That is so great! Congrats to you, how exciting! I tried to look at your Etsy shop, but I guess you have to renew it. I'm interested in pricing on these boxes as I have a dear friend who loves steampunk-inspired art. Could you email me and tell me more? healthymommyhealthybaby@gmail.com. Thanks for sharing at Sweet Saturday :)
Hi Carla. I have several very cool cigar boxes and want to alter them. Did you have to do any prep work to the boxes such a staining them? Did a put any kind of resin seal on the finished project? Thanks, Judy
Hi Judy,
I just cleaned off my boxes and glued the papers on and used some stain to add some shine.
I wanted the paper to stay paper, so nothing was used as protection for them.
