I wanted to get right to painting this ghost, so I traced the line drawing provided. I used several types of watercolor paints trying to get the right effects. I began with Winsor Newton and Prima and used two sets of Kuretake Gansai Tambi Gem and Opal Colors. I also used Liquitex white Acrylic Ink, Dr. Ph. Martin's Bleed Proof white and a Gelly Roll Pen for details.
I'm super pleased with the finished piece!
