This watercolor line and wash is from a tutorial by Paul Clark. The Cottage at Penshurst Place, UK.
I transferred the outline onto my Arches cold press watercolor block using a sheet of graphite paper. The line and details were done using a Micron pen. I painted with Winsor Newton Cotman tube colors and added highlights with Dr. Ph. Martin's Bleed Proof White.
I'm really pleased with the finished painting, I haven't done a landscape in a while!

A lovely image and certainly very reflective of an English cottage, thanks so much for sharing with us at Allsorts challenge this week.

Carla, this fabulous! I have an Art Kure stamp of Penhurst, so my curiosity was piqued. XOX
