Metallic Cactus Watercolor

Since I painted that first metallic swan, I have been addicted to painting with the Master's Touch Metallic Semi-Moist Color Cake set of watercolors!

Having painted several florals, it was time for a change. Here's my latest, an abstract cactus! It was great fun. I began working on this painting by sketching the image with a white watercolor pencil. I enhanced the flowers using a Micron 01 pen. The piece was painted on Stonehenge watercolor cold press black paper.

This was really fun. You will have to try it out!
