Steampunk Valentine img 900 Card

I have a new My Besties inspirational card to share with you. I used Steampunk Valentine img 900 for this card. Although it is a Valentine image, I am sure it would make a lovely birthday card!

I colored this little cutie with Copic Markers and cut her out leaving a narrow white edge. I cut out a flower from my stash, which was already decorated with gems.

I cut 3 pieces of card stock in various sizes and adhered them in a graduated order to a basic black card. I glued the flower to the bottom right corner.

I placed soft dimensionals on the back of the image and popped her onto the upper left side of the card.
