I colored this image using Copic Markers and a Recollection gold pen. I cut the image out leaving a narrow white edge.
I cut 2 pieces of printed card stock from my stash and adhered them to a basic black card. I also cut several metallic gears and dots in my Cuttlebug machine using the Sizzix Bigz Die Gadget Gears (656636). I adhered these to the card.
I put small dimensionals on the back of the cut image and popped it to the middle of the card.
