Chill In Out Card

Here's my second card this month for the Scrapbook Stamp Society. My choice for the design team card, the My Besties Chill In Out, from the Fancy Pants Collection.

I used Copic markers to color this cutie and cut her out leaving a narrow white edge. I cut 2 solid color card stock mats and placed one thru the Cuttlebug Machine with the Cuttlebug Embossing folder Bloom Dots (37-1136). I adhered the 2 mats in layers onto a white base card and glued the colored image on top. I embellished the card with 3 flowers.
