Tattoo Cutie 3

There are some lovely new releases today over at Digistamps4Joy. I used Tattoo Cutie 3 for my Design Team inspirational card.

I used Prismacolor Pencils, Colorless Blender Marker and a bit of Recollections metallic gold pen to color Tattoo Cutie 3. She was placed in the Craft Artist 2 program and merged with elements in the Timeless Love digikit.
