Reggie Christmas Bells

Isn't this an adorable image? His name is Reggie Christmas Bells and he was designed by Lacy Sunshine. I colored Reggie Christmas Bells with Prismacolor Pencils and cut the image out and layered it on two printed sheets of card stock. The layers were then adhered to a base card.
