This old steampunk gent was drawn from a "Brain Stretch" with Karen Campbell from Awesome Art School. As she drew and commented her students followed online. Karen's fun and interesting comments, gave her students permission to use their imagination and creativity to invent other ways to enhance this old gentlemen.
I enjoyed the tutorial drawing only with my Graphgear 1000 Pentel mechanical pencil. I enjoyed the darks and lights using just the pencil on the pages of my Strathmore Toned Tan sketch book.
Steampunk is such a fun theme. There are more tutorials to come in this theme, to look forward to, in Awesome Art School.
