Raccoon Mixed Media


 This Raccoon is from a lovely tutorial by Tamara Laporte on Utube. As soon as I saw this wonderful fella, I knew I had to try and make it my own. Tamara inspired me with her fast and loose style. The colors she used are so magical!

I painted this guy on Canson 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper, with Jane Davenport Watercolor and used Holbein Art's Guache for the whites. The details were done in Posca Pens.

What a joy this fella was to paint and I look forward to more of these multicolored animals from Tamara Laporte!
