Child's Birthday Card

Here's my second card for this month at My Besties. I chose Adorable Pets Boy Doll - 3 for my design team card.

 I colored this cute digi with Copic Markers and placed it in the Craft Artist Program, where I combined it with elements from the Oh Boy digi kit.

Graduation Card

This graduation card can see the future is very bright for a recent graduate! I used Lil Gypsy Doll Img 7 for the My Bestie design team card.

I printed this image twice, once on X-press It Blending Card and once on printed card stock. I colored some of the digi on the blending card using Copic Markers and cut it it out.

I cut out the pieces I want to use from the printed card stock. I glued those pieces to the colored image. I adhered the image to a double mat on a white basic card.

I printed a sentiment, cut it out and glued it to the card.

Snowflake Christmas in July Card

The My Besties Christmas celebration is continuing. I love the new holiday releases and chose to use Winter-Wonderland Snowflake Img 045 for my design team card.

I colored this cutie with Copic Markers and cut it out. I cut three mats, two solid color and one print.

I adhered the mats in layers to a basic white card. I placed dimensionals on the back of the cut image and popped it on top.

I embellished the card with a matted sentiment.

My Besties Christmas in July Card

My Besties is celebrating Christmas in July with adorable new releases! I chose to use Winter-Wonderland Img 4070 for my design team card.

I colored this cutie with Copic Markers and cut it out. I cut three mats. I ran one in the Cuttlebug Machine with the CB Emboss A2 Candy Cane Stripe (37-1929) folder.

I adhered the mats in layers to a basic white card. I placed dimensionals on the back of the cut image and popped it on top.

I embellished the card with a matted sentiment.

St. Augustine, Florida Post Card

There's a new challenge beginning today at Crafting from the Heart. It's sponsored by Oddball Art Co. Stamps. I used Pirate Caves Img #507 for my design team card. This set comes with a palm tree, flag and a sentiment.

I chose to use the palm tree. I colored it using Copic Markers and place it in my Craft Artist 2 program. I combined this colored image with various pieces to make an attractive post card.

Mermaids Under the Sea Img 055

Mermaids are a big theme this year. Here in Florida they are always in. This cutie is a new release from My Besties. Her name is Mermaids Under the Sea Img 055. She is colored with Copic Markers and cut out leaving a narrow white edge. I covered the front of a basic card with a piece of water printed paper. I adhered this colored image to the paper and embellished the card with a few stickers from my stash.

I layered this little girl over assorted pieces of card stock from my stash and adhered them to a basic white card.
