Sweet Burgundy Card

Here's my second card as a member of the Scrapbook Stamp Society. I chose img 818 from the Sassy Pants Collection.

I used Copic Markers to color this cutie and cut her out leaving a narrow white edge. I cut 2 mats, one a sold card stock and the other a printed paper. I adhered the mats in layers onto a white base card. I placed soft dimensional pads on the back of the cute image and adhered her to the top of the card.

I embellished the the card with flowers.

Dotted Card

I was recently made a member of the Scrapbook Stamp Society and have the honor of using the My Bestie images for my cards and projects. It's very exciting! For my first design team card, I chose img 819, from the Sassy Pants Collection.

I used Copic markers to color this cutie and cut her out leaving a narrow white edge. I cut 2 solid color card stock mats and put one thru the Cuttlebug Machine with the Cuttlebug Embossing folder Swiss Dots (37-1604). I adhered the 2 mats in layers onto a white base card and glued the colored image on top.

Laughing Stock Card

Today the new releases are out at Fabrika Fantasy. There are several cute little animals and I chose Little Calf-01 to use for my design team inspirational card.

I colored the image using Copic Markers and placed it in the Craft Artist 2 program. I merged the colored image with a background and sentiment.

Artist Memorydex Card

There's a new challenge today at A Snowflakes Promise. Oddbal Art Co. is the sponsor. I chose to use the Alice the Artist for my design team inspirational memorydex  card. I colored the image with Copic Markers and cut it out leaving a white edge.

I cute 2 memorydex cards using my Heidi Swapp die in my Cuttlebug Machine, one from a printed card stock and other a solid color. I adhered them in a layer and glued the cute image on top.

I printed a Pastel Mixed Media paper from a set I won designed by Lozzy for A Bit More Time to Craft Challenge and glued a small piece to the artist's easel. I embellish the card with 3 art supply stickers.

Holiday Memorydex Card

There's a new challenge beginning today at Mai Digis. I chose to use B23-8 Places in the World for my design team dex card.

I colored this lovely image using Copic Markers and cut it out leaving a white edge.

I cut 3 dex cards using the Heidi Swapp Dex Dies and the Cuttlebug Machine. I put the smallest dex card through the machine again with the Heart Blocks Cuttlebug embossing folder.

I adhered the 3 dex cards in 3 layers and glued the cut image on the top.

Princess Dex Card

There's a new challenge today at Crafting from the Heart, sponsored by My Stitch Back in Twine. I chose to use Oz Glinda for my design team inspirational dex card.

I colored the image using Copic Markers and cut her out leaving a white edge, I cut two dex cards using my Cuttlebug and the Heidi Swapp dies.

I printed the quote in my Craft Artist 2 program and used the Labels Fourteen (S4-290) Spellbinders Nestabilities Die in the Cuttlebug to cut the shape from card stock.

I adhered the 2 dex cards in a layer and glued the quote and image to the top. I used a Gelly Roll Metallic Gold Pen to embellish the image.

Cute Bear Memorydex Card

The new challenge has opened at Fabrika Fantasy and this month's theme is Spring. I chose to use Cute Bear 3 for my design team card. Instead of a greeting card I made a Memorydex card, which is my new hobby.

I colored this image using Prismacolor Pencils and a Prismacolor Colorless Blender Marker. I cut the bear out leaving a narrow white edge and placed dimensional pads on the back.

I cut 2 Memorydex cards with the Heidi Swapp die in my Cuttlebug Machine and layered them together. I embellished the background with trees, butterflies and a flower using assorted dies and the Cricut Machine. I popped the bear on top.

I Think I Can Card

The new challenge at Digistamps4joy has just started. The optional theme for this month is Being Young. I chose to use Chubby Boy with Hat (J1025) for my design team inspirational card.

I colored this cute boy with Copic Markers and cut it out leaving a narrow white edge. I placed soft pads on the back to create depth.

I made a double mat using dark blue card stock and a piece of Graphic 45, Playtimes Past Collection, I think I can. I adhered the double mat to a white base card and popped the image on top.
